The place consist in 3 concrete ledges of 10 meters long and 50cm high, perfect floor, but in summer a bit slidy cuz of the wax. Actually you don't need to wax it cux they slide so perfect, only if it's been raining, but not too much. Now there is a building in construction next to it and one of the ledges, that is pretty much like a grind box with a ramp and a set of 3 stairs at the end, is half closed by a barrel and you only can skate the other 2, but you can jump from one to another if you dare. This spot was discovered by the rollerbladers from the VLC crew in Valencia and it's their "Dojo", you can find them almost every Friday afternoon over there. There is another ledge in a square next to this one with the most perfect floor you've ever seen and with a small ledge of 20m long, perfect marble, now it's a bit destroyed since the rollerbladers stopped going there, and the skateboarders took the spot.
